Richland County Divorce Records
Richland County divorce records chronicle the judicial process that culminates in the official dissolution of marriage. They include the initial complaint, answer or counterclaim, financial declaration, motions, settlement or marital agreements, and the final Decree of Divorce.
The Family Court maintains divorce records and makes them available to requesters after redacting sensitive personal identifiers. Interested parties may use the FCCMS portal to review public case information and the Register of Actions in local divorce cases.
The Clerk of Court honors plain or certified copy record requests made in person or by mail.
